TERMS OF SALES
Our entire offer is manufactured from natural materials, silver of 0,925 standard.
The merchandise is delivered after you complete the ordering procedure according to the following routine.
1) Chrisarge company begins cooperation with any company that meets the following criteria:
a) the contracting party is a legal business
b) the contracting party will supply Chrisarge in the address and tax identification data for trade purpose
2) We guarantee:
a) high quality of our products
b) warranty for our products for 1 year by the law
c) full trade documentation, needed for customs and tax procedures
d) fast and safe delivery of our products
3) The routine of ordering and its execution.
a) your order has to be made by the procedure (see point 6 and 8) included in www.chrisarge/clientservice or by fax,
b) your order forms have to be completed properly
c) we confirm your order by sending our acceptation (within 48 hours) including time and costs of delivery, ‘pro forma’ invoice and information about our bank account
d) in case you order the handcraft products we send the ‘pro forma’ invoice one week in advance before shipping date
e) the ordering party transfers the amount shown in the ‘pro forma’ invoice to the Chrisarge bank account. There is a possibility of getting your order by ‘pay when delivered’ in the EU, USA and Canada.
f) we ship the ordered merchandise properly packed right after your money transfer has been completed
g) the delivery time is between 3 to 5 weeks,
4) Before ordering you can get a free sample of chosen products
5) We use the UPS’s services for delivering. All the services are charged by the price list you can find in www.ups.com website. We can also use other services if specified.
6) You can find examples of defined delivery costs in the ‘basket’ box, in case of lack of certain amount please select the first one from the list, we will verify it and send it to you.
7) The defined delivery prices are the lowest, the most attractive ones. However, the delivery time for these prices are the longest. You may select a faster and more expensive shipping. The choice is yours.
8) The minimum for a single order:
The minimum quantity is 10 items for each cast design and 5 for hand made items.
The weight of each product provided is approximate.
For items that we have in stock there is no minimum limitation.
The minimum value of the order is US $ 1000.
Your order may differ from the above mentioned quantities but the delivery time may extend.
9) orders great than US$ 2000 and beetwen US$ 2000 and US$ 4000, required advance payment 25%, orders great than US$ 4000 required advance payment 40%
10) submitting of the order means acceptance of the above terms.
